Included with the price of the Diamond Head Luau is general admission to the Waikiki Aquarium, so you can spend time prior to to the luau viewing the amazing tropical fish of our island.

Special Farm to Table Locally Sourced

Diamond Head Luau strongly believes in Malama ʻka ʻAina (care for the land). They are proud to serve only locally sourced and prepared ingredients! We support Local and Eat Local. Starting in 2018 we will be serving our Special Farm to Table Menu every night of operation! (Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday). All of the food is locally grown and prepared right here in Hawaii. Expect a more intimate luau show as our maximum number of guests is only 250 for this evening. Unlike the traditional buffet or table service, each part of the meal will be presented at unique stations.

Our Local Menu Includes:

Featuring Kauai Sweet Shrimp with Hawaiian Smoked Salt, served with a fresh Mango Salsa. Other pupus (appetizers) include punaluʻu Farms hoʻio salad (Hawaiian fern) caprese salad and taro chips served with ʻulu (breadfruit) dip.

Local mixed greens from Nalo Farms, Ho Farms vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh cucumbers, AJ Farms romaine lettuce, and akule pipikaula (Hawaiian smoked meat).

A cold side dish in Hawaiian cuisine, it is a fresh tomato and salmon salad, prepared by mixing raw salted, diced salmon with tomatoes, sweet gentle Maui onions, green onion, and occasional flakes of red chili pepper also Traditional Poi served shooter-style.

Featuring two different styles of poke! Waianae ahi poke and Nairagi Poisson Cru in coconut milk (tahitian style poke).

Free range Huli Huli (Hawaiian Style) rotisserie chicken breast

A live carving station of juicy Kalua pig, a pork shoulder butt which is rubbed with sea salt, wrapped in ti leaves, and slowly cooked in an above ground umu oven using liquid mesquite smoke.

Delicious Hawaiʻi Island bone-in kalbi short ribs marinated in a sweet and savory sauce containing soy sauce, garlic, and sugar.

A delicious vegan vegetable curry dish featuring sauteed Tofu cubes.

To satisfy your sweet tooth we offer dessert options including a fresh, seasonal island fruit assortment, Maui chocolate mousse shooters, and vegan Molokai sweet potato haupia pie made with Maui-grown macadamia nuts, coconut milk, honey and sea salt.
