If you would like to go to the north shore and watch the competition in person, the best chance would be to book and reserve the North Shore Beach Bus that stops at Waimea Bay to view the competition. This premier surfing competition happens every four to five years when conditions are perfect and this Wednesday the weatherman says things are looking really really good.

The North Shore beach bus stops at three beaches on the North Shore which are banzai Pipeline sunset Beach and Waimea Bay home of the Quiksilver Eddie Aikau Invitational big wave competition. Don’t miss out on this once in a lifetime opportunity to witness some of the largest waves in Hawaii and on earth. Waves are predicted to be between 30 and 40 feet
